Lavender Green Design 

My background in design includes nearly three decades working with both fresh flowers and artificial materials in a local, family-owned floral shop.  I enjoyed the people I worked with and I cherished every opportunity to brighten a table, a doorway, an entire room, or an event, with color, texture, and composition.
 
When the flower shop closed its doors and I transitioned into a corporate work setting, I had the opportunity to decorate the office building for holidays using my original wreaths and faux succulent installations. I also designed fresh arrangements for business meetings, luncheons and special events. 
 
While still working, I continued to create on my own time, using artificial, long-lasting materials. I began stockpiling eye-catching containers and likely looking stems and garnishment whenever I could, and started filling our small home with the finished arrangements, some of which you will find displayed here. I enjoy spending long afternoons crafting an arrangement of line and color that become statement pieces and décor that could easily complement your own home.
